Sus objetivos principales son la promoci\u00f3n y difusi\u00f3n de las ense\u00f1anzas del Buda a partir del Canon Pali y la literatura asociada de la tradici\u00f3n Theravada. Desde esta perspectiva fundamental, la Asociaci\u00f3n est\u00e1 abierta a todas las dem\u00e1s tradiciones y escuelas budistas con un esp\u00edritu inclusivo para promover una mejor comprensi\u00f3n del budismo en toda su amplitud y riqueza.<br><br>The main activities are training and education, through the Hispanic Institute of Buddhist Studies as well as those related to the Buddhist devotion, meditation and the practice of charity and other Buddhist virtues to contribute to the material and spiritual welfare of society.
