wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:66.66%\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A UER det\u00e9m um estatuto de participa\u00e7\u00e3o na&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.coe.int\/en\/web\/ingo\">Confer\u00eancia de Organiza\u00e7\u00f5es Internacionais N\u00e3o-Governamentais (COINGO) no Conselho da Europa<\/a>&nbsp;desde 2008.<br><br>Em 2021, a UER ajudou a iniciar a&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.coe.int\/en\/web\/ingo\/interreligious-and-interconvictional-dialogue\">Comit\u00e9 para o Di\u00e1logo Inter-religioso e Interconviccional<\/a> (CIRICD), juntamente com outras ONGDs de base religiosa. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">O objetivo principal do CIRICD \u00e9 estabelecer uma plataforma permanente para o di\u00e1logo inter-religioso e inter-confessional no Conselho da Europa e nos seus 46 Estados-membros, criando oportunidades de coopera\u00e7\u00e3o entre grupos religiosos, institui\u00e7\u00f5es e \u00f3rg\u00e3os governamentais.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Para atingir este objetivo, o Comit\u00e9 estabeleceu o <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/niric-dialogue.eu\/\">NIRIC-Di\u00e1logo<\/a> (Rede para o Di\u00e1logo e Iniciativas Inter-religiosas e Inter-confessionais)<\/strong> destacar e reunir novas e existentes iniciativas da sociedade civil europeia no dom\u00ednio do di\u00e1logo inter-religioso, e promover exemplos pr\u00e1ticos.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img
