Centro Zen L\u2019Arco is a non profit Association for the practice of Soto Zen, affiliated with the San Francisco Zen Center founded by Shunryu Suzuki Roshi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The core activities are sitting meditation or zazen, walking meditation or kinhin and the sutra chanting. Besides the study of the Dharma, several practices traditionally related to Zen are studied, such as the Tea Ceremony, the Meal Ceremony and the sewing of the Buddha\u2019s Robe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Centro L\u2019Arco also organises retreats of one or more days, both in town and in the countryside.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
